Why Give to the Kitto Grad Hub?
The long-awaited Kitto Graduate Student Hub opened this past fall, and we couldn’t be filled with more promise and positive energy. The Grad Hub is an in-person and online space that aims to offer a comprehensive program of professional development and skills support to graduate students. Our ongoing programming gives WWU Graduate School alumni an edge in the job market, making them the most highly sought after in their respective industries and impacting the future of Washington state.
Graduate students drive research and discovery, deepen our understanding, and inspire, teach, and mentor our undergraduates. Current and recent graduate students at Western have been recognized nationally, regionally, and as leaders across disciplines for their excellent work. They’ve become leaders working toward solutions with global significance in sustainable energy, cancer care, the housing crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
