Program Information
Western’s online Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Leadership & Administration is designed for master’s prepared nurses looking to enhance their nursing leadership skills. The 17-credit certificate can be completed online, part-time, in four quarters. Students join their peers in the MSN in Nursing Leadership & Administration program specialty courses, developing skills to lead in healthcare organizations and communities.
Through flexible asynchronous online coursework, students are empowered to lead in healthcare organizations and community settings. The curriculum aligns with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL) Nurse Leader Core Competencies.
